All of our services include the setup of the taps and pouring of the drinks, and we’ll even provide the cups! We coordinate the pickup and return of kegs, so all you have to do is decide what to serve. Our prices include set-up, take-down, and all the adorable photo ops. Our services do not include the price of alcohol.

We’re centrally located in Madison, Mississippi.

Due to Mississippi liquor laws, we cannot provide alcohol. The ‘Sip on Tap is a dry bar for hire and follows Mississippi liquor laws.

The Sip on Tap doesn’t sell beverages. Our mobile bar is rented to dispense the beverages our client’s purchase.

We will help you decide on your drink menu, and quantities, and will coordinate the order and delivery of alcohol.

The dimensions are as follows: 9 ft. long, 4.5 feet wide, and 6 ft. tall.

Our policies align with most other professional businesses in the event planning industry. We require 50% to reserve your date and the remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to your event. If booking less than 30 days in advance, full payment is due at the time of booking. We are happy to work with clients who need to reschedule their event for a later date. Should you need to cancel, we require a minimum of 30 days notice. Rescheduled dates must be within 12 months of the original date, and depends on availability.

Unfortunately, due to our booking model, we are unable to accommodate make-up/rain dates. We will be happy to work with you and/or your event coordinator the day of to adjust times if necessary due to a rain delay, if possible. It is the host’s responsibility to plan for tent cover or other accommodations to be made in the event of inclement weather. We will work with your vendors to achieve the best backup plan possible so the show can go on! However, for the safety of our staff, we reserve the right to close the bar if dangerous conditions arise. We also strongly recommend you consider an event insurance policy to protect your investment on your big day.

We can travel the entire state of Mississippi and simply add on the travel fee to determine the distance and costs for overnight accommodations. We are happy to talk through any scenario.
